Applications

 Most of the android apps are developed using JAVA programming language , but the native android programming language is C++, Apps are having more performance which is developed using C++ over JAVA, nowadays apps are developed using JQuery along with web technology's like PhoneGap but those are having poor performance and limited functionality.

Android Studio is the official development tool for developing tool for android which is developed by Google.
